Our training systems are informed by the same performance science frameworks used in the preparation of Former World No.1 squash player Paul Coll — widely known as “Superman” for his exceptional physical capacity and consistency on court.

Rather than copying exercises and giving generic programs, we apply the principles, systems, and decision-making processes that underpin elite squash performance to create a training program and sports science monitoring system that suits you. These systems and principles include long-term physical development, load management across dense competition schedules, and translating monitoring data into better training decisions. These frameworks have been extensively used within high-performance environments preparing athletes for major international competitions, including World Championships and Olympic events as well as through the pathways to get to that top level.

These systems are then tailored appropriately for each athlete — from juniors and developing players through to professionals — ensuring training reflects how world-class squash players are actually prepared.
